How ordering works at Utopia Cafe and Brewtopia Coffeehouse, Regina. Questions about any of it? Call the shop and we will sort it out.

Ordering & notice

• Everything on this site is pickup only, at the cafe you choose at checkout. For delivery, order through our online ordering page, which dispatches a courier to you. Uber Eats and DoorDash also carry our menu.
• Custom cake notice is counted in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Saskatchewan statutory holidays): simple and full designs, bento cakes, and cake rolls need one business day, complicated and 3D designs and cupcake sets need two. Orders placed after 6:00 p.m. count from the next day, and pickups on the earliest eligible day are ready from 2:00 p.m. Cheesecakes and mousse cakes are ready the next business day from 4:00 p.m. and are picked up on weekdays. Catering orders need 4 business days and a minimum of 10 per boxed package.
• Need something sooner than the notice period? Call the shop. We will tell you honestly whether we can do it; a rush fee may apply.
• Custom cake prices shown in the builder are exact for priced designs. Buttercream, fondant, and specialty requests are confirmed by us before anything is owed.

Pickup

• Scheduled orders are ready at the pickup time on your confirmation. Give the name on the order at the counter.
• Please check your cake before leaving. Once it leaves the shop, transport and storage are in your hands; keep cakes flat, cool, and out of the sun.
• Orders not collected on the pickup day cannot be resold or held over and are not refunded.

Payments & pricing

• Online payments are processed securely by Square in Canadian dollars. Taxes and optional tips are added on the Square checkout page.
• Prices and availability are subject to change. If we cannot fulfil something you paid for, we refund it in full.

Privacy

• When you order or send an enquiry on this site we collect your name, your mobile number, your email address if you give it, and what you ordered or asked for. Your card details are entered on Square's secure payment page and never reach us.
• We use those details to prepare and hand over your order, to answer your enquiry, and to contact you about either. Nothing else.
• Square handles the payment and keeps the order record. Resend delivers the emails that tell our staff an order or an enquiry has come in. Google Analytics, and the Meta Pixel when it is switched on, measure how the site is used; both set cookies in your browser.
• We do not sell your details and we do not share them for anyone else's marketing.
• Order records stay for as long as Square keeps them.
• To see or delete what we hold, write to info@utopia.cafe and we will answer within one business day.

Changes, cancellations & refunds

• Custom cakes and catering. Changes or cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup receive a full refund. Inside 48 hours your order is already in production and cannot be refunded, though we will always try to accommodate small changes such as the writing.
• Regular menu items. Contact us before the order is prepared and we will refund or adjust it.
• Something wrong with your order? Tell us the same day, with a photo for cakes, and we will make it right with a remake, credit, or refund. Taste is subjective, but quality problems are on us.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method through Square and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days.

Allergens

• Our kitchens handle wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. We take allergies seriously and note them on your order, but we cannot guarantee a trace-free environment. Please use your judgement for severe allergies.

Terms

• Custom designs are handmade interpretations of the photos shown; small variations are part of the craft. Character and theme cakes are decorated as inspired designs.
• By placing an order you agree to these policies. They are governed by the laws of Saskatchewan, Canada.
